Thursday, November 30, 2006 [[of holiday lunches]] J and I decided to stay home to cook lunch instead of heading out to eat. This time, we made meatballs penne. Got the recipe out of the pasta cookbook he gave me on my birthday. He was having so much fun rolling the meatballs that it was such a funny sight. We should have made more sauce coz it turned out a little dry. 500g of minced beef resulted in too many meatballs, and we didnt compensate it with enough sauce.
