::The Results::

I enjoyed the cooking process especially when I have my co-chef in action. =)
Though at one point in time, i wasn't feeling too good due to the lack of sleep. But everything turned out quite fine.

We were a little over-ambitious in trying to prepare too large a menu. The pasta was an extra coz we were afraid that my grandma and J will still be hungry without much carbs.

I love making soup coz it's really simple as long as you have good ingredients. I grilled the bell peppers and they smelled really lovely when I took them out of the oven that I almost didn't want to put them in my soup!

Bought the lamp cutlets from Swiss Butchery. The first batch were well-done and it's really a pity cause they will be perfect if they were medium-done. Gotta manage the timing better. The roasted potatoes were perfect-bursting with adequate amount of flavours.

I love the spinach even though I should have taken them out of the pan slightly earlier. I thought the pasta was alright though I'm not a big fan of squid.

The dessert was too simple but I think we loved it all the same. All you need is a good tub of vanilla ice cream and chocolate. =)

The dinner! (butter lemon spinach, red pearl onions, roasted potatos and the lamb cutlets)
